The location was good and lovely, for example, Acua Water Park was not too far from the hotel.

Fantastic location in the good area, adjacent to the food area, Bahia De Lobos and beach.

Immaculately clean place & hard-working and especially helpful staff who were always willing to tend to all your requirement with a very pleasant manner. Nicely furnished and air-conditioned room and a kettle and a telephone inside. Great way to end our trip.

My breakfast was inclusive and excellent with Prosecco. This location was marvellous and fab, not far from water park which is great for kids, the nearby bars and restaurants and the main botanic restaurant.

Incredibly spacious and absolutely spotless units with modern decor and fast staff. Nice service everywhere.

Had very very good stay for the day definately worth a visit, the staff were very efficient, location was unbeatable next to the shopping centre. I didn't want to leave and would return there.

The room was recently renovated and good-sized and what's more - included a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels. The location was central, magnificent to most areas in about 20 minutes. It was also near the restaurant, and town center and beach.

The staff were superb, friendly and professional. The new animacion team were fantastic. The hotel was in a great location, clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and the food was varied and delicious. Lots of sunbeds available at the pool.

...the only thing that can be criticized at all is - and we are very relaxed contemporaries from the ground up - that in some cases (although it is a dress code for dinner.) guests in swimming shorts and absolutely inappropriate clothing were tolerated at dinner ...quite honestly, we find it disrespectful towards the hotel and the other guests :-(

The location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from Acua Water Park. I enjoyed a park and a harbour close to the hotel. The restaurant was top-notch for breakfast and lunch, I tried warm dishes. The breakfast had a huge variety of options and included cereal and pancakes.
